Alterations to the existing dwelling :

• Changed robe placement in existing bedrooms
• Acrylic render to existing house
• Replaced existing ground floor windows and architraves
• Removed existing roof and structures to make way for new roof
• Replaced existing roof coverings with new coverings
• Make good all areas affected by the proposed stair well break through
