• Provide new kitchen and walk in pantry

• Re-tile WC and remove wall
• Refit laundry and add shower
• Remove existing kitchen and convert to study
• Replace the existing ground floor ceiling where indicated
• Removal of internal brick walls to create open plan living as per plan
• Installation of new walls as required
• Make good internal brick walls and render as required
• Supply and install new timber floating floor coverings to the ground floor
• Internal painting to the existing ground floor
• Remove fireplace and chimney
• New piers to front porch and enclose area
• Render and paint existing ground floor external walls
• Supply and installation of new gutters and fascia cover to the existing front elevation
