• Remove existing wall mounted air conditioner in kitchen and dinning room and patch internal and external walls

• Patch existing brick floor beside new family room as per plans.

• New landing and door from kitchen

• Raise existing arch near front entry

• New windows to bedrooms 2 and 3 and study 

• Patch and polish existing timber floors

• New carport roof

• Patch all areas affected by the proposed stair well break through.
