edSecond Storey Addition:

• 3 bedrooms
• Walk in robes to the bedrooms fitted out with drawers, shelves and hanging space
• Ensuites to all bedrooms
• Internal and external painting to the 2nd storey addition (aka first floor addition)

Alterations to existing dwelling:

• Removal of existing bedroom 2 to make way for staircase
• Installation of new robe to ground floor bedroom adjoining the stairwell
• Installation of new walls as required
• Replace all the existing roof tiles with Colorbond roof
• Supply and installation of fully ducted air-conditioning to both the new and existing addition
• Allow blocking for pendant lights in kitchen
• Rendered existing ground floor
