• Remove nib to the kitchen and change electrical as required
• Remove walls to kitchen and study as per plan
• New ceiling lining to new living area
• New floor coverings
• Render and paint front façade
• Paint existing fascia, gutters, down pipes and roller door
• Patch all areas affected by the proposed stair well breakthrough
