Second Storey Additions
If your family is growing or your lifestyle is changing, moving house isn’t always the best option. A second storey addition could be the perfect solution. Instead of expanding outward and sacrificing yard space, you can build up. Adding bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas and more to your existing home.

Preserve Outdoor Space
Build vertically to maintain your backyard, garden, or pool area— ideal for smaller blocks.
Add Views and Light
Second levels can open up elevated outlooks and bring in more sunlight, enhancing both value and lifestyle.
Get More Privacy
Create spacious master suites or quiet study areas completely separated from the main living zone.
Boost Property Value
Second storey additions are a strong investment, often delivering a higher return by substantially increasing usable floor area.
More Living Space
When you need more room, the first thought might be to move or rebuild — but with property prices climbing and land in Sydney scarce, that may not be the best option.
A ground floor addition offers a smart alternative, giving you more living space while increasing the value of your home.
A second storey can also increase your property value significantly—especially when combined with an internal renovation or new kitchen upgrade on the ground floor. Whether you want to future-proof your home or increase your resale potential, a second floor extension is an investment that pays off in square metres and lifestyle.
Feeling cramped in your own space?
Is your yard underused or impractical?
Not keen on extending upwards?
