This Emu Plains project involved a second storey extension and significant updates to the existing home. The owners wanted more space, better functionality, and a refreshed look that blended well with the original structure.

The Solution
A new upper level was added to create a private retreat, featuring:
- Master Bedroom
- Dressing Room
- Ensuite with Spa Bath
- Large Linen Cupboard
- Balcony / Outdoor Room
On the ground floor, the home was upgraded with a new carport and front porch, both finished with Colorbond roofing. The brickwork was extended to support the new structure and integrate seamlessly with the home’s façade.
The front entry was enhanced with sandstone features, a new front door, and French doors to the kids’ study. Interior improvements included new walls, comfort plus windows, architraves, and complete internal and external painting.
