This Hinchinbrook home has been dramatically transformed through a significant two-story addition and a modern renovation. The project added 111.39m² of new space, creating an upstairs retreat with two standard bedrooms, a master suite featuring a walk-in robe and ensuite, and a new balcony.

Project Overview:
This project involved adding two standard bedrooms with fitted-out robes, a master bedroom with a walk-in robe and ensuite, a bathroom, a linen cupboard, a balcony, and a spacious stair void. These additions were aimed at expanding the home's living space and enhancing its functionality.
Renovations to the existing home focused on modernizing its appearance and functionality. A new facade and front door were installed, and the front of the dwelling was rendered to give it a fresh, updated look. The garage roller doors were replaced with two new Colorbond automated panel lift doors for improved convenience and security. Internal improvements included the strategic removal of walls to create a more open layout, and a TV/electric fireplace wall was framed and set up as a focal point.
This project represents a significant transformation from its previous state, enhancing the home's curb appeal and modernizing its interior. The result is a contemporary and inviting living space that blends practical enhancements with aesthetic upgrades.
