Existing Dwelling Alterations

‍Alongside the upper-level addition, significant upgrades were completed to the existing dwelling. A new Colorbond roof revitalised the home’s exterior, while partial re-cladding of the ground floor walls gave the façade a fresh, modern look. Internally, walls were removed and installed as per the plan to improve flow, air conditioning was introduced throughout for year-round comfort, and careful patching around the new stairwell ensured a smooth transition between old and new spaces. The result is a cohesive home that blends modern design with practical upgrades.
