By building up rather than moving out, the homeowners gained the extra space they needed while keeping their beloved garden and completely modernising their home.

The new Second Storey includes three bedrooms with built-in robes, a bathroom, and a spacious living area for the family to enjoy.

Hybrid vinyl flooring is installed throughout the entire upstairs area, as well as ducted air for year-round comfort. The bathroom is completely fitted out with quality tiles and fixtures and the home is painted internally and externally to complete the fresh new look.

The result is a spacious, bright and airy family home with a striking modern façade that is almost unrecognisable from where it started. A true transformation inside and out.

We engaged Keystone for our first-floor addition, and the result far exceeded our expectations. From the Development Application to obtaining the Occupation Certificate, Keystone managed the entire process seamlessly.
