Alterations to existing dwelling:

• Replaced vanity unit, mirror, cabinet & toilet in existing bathroom
• Existing tiles in bathroom, kitchen & hallway were professionally cleaned
• New floating floor boards
• Fixed water damaged architrave off the living room
• Replace doors to existing bedrooms 1 & 2, bathroom & laundry
• Painted existing ground floor
• 2 Power points in bedroom 1
• Built in robe in bedroom 1
• Downlights in kitchen
• Install oven & dishwasher
