‍This project involved adding three standard bedrooms with robes, a master bedroom with a walk-in robe and ensuite, a spacious living room, a study area, a provision for a wet bar, and a separate WC with a double vanity. These additions provide ample space for the family, enhancing the home's functionality with dedicated areas for relaxation, work, and entertainment. The design aims to maximize natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere throughout the house.

Renovations to the existing home were extensive and aimed at modernizing the overall structure while maintaining a Hamptons coastal vibe. A new front patio with a patio roof, a larger front entry door with new framing, and an external laundry door were installed to enhance the home's curb appeal and accessibility. The existing garage roller doors were converted to a sleek panel lift door, which improved both functionality and aesthetics. Rendering the front facade gave the house a fresh and elegant look, while the new Colorbond roofing added durability and a modern touch. Internal upgrades included new internal doors, laying new hybrid flooring, and installing ducted air conditioning throughout the entire dwelling, enhancing the home's comfort.
